[Bug] Tiny window stays on

Hey @phd_angel is this from hovering over in the form section on the screen a little bit to the left or is it from a pop-up panel? We're aware of some issues with this box so knowing where it loads from would be helpful to address all instances of it.

Over a player profile, I was hovering the points on a graph plotting match ratings. That window came up and got stuck.
