If you set League Table on the touchline tablet, it always resets to something like Match Stats after a couple of matches. It probably happens because some competitions don't have tables, but it should automatically go back to League Table for competitions that allow it.
It also resets other screens like Team Stats, so if you set body language, it goes back to general info when a new match starts.
