If the goalkeeper is set up to go forward for corners and hand balls in the opposition box it is always treated as professional foul and is a red card. Should only be a yellow card at most, as if outfield player handled the ball.

Set up corners with goalkeeper always go forward or attacking near post. Eventually he will handball and get sent off
