If you have encountered a gameplay bug, then it is really helpful if you can provide a save game (ideally from before the event occurs if possible)
Please follow the steps below to access and send us your save file:
PC:
1) Plug your device into your computer.
2) Start iTunes.
3) Select your device within iTunes.
4) View the ‘Apps’ tab.
5) Scroll down the screen to the ‘File Sharing’ area.
6) Highlight FM24 Touch.
7) Select 'Games'
8) Scroll down and 'Save' the folder onto your PC.
9) Upload specific save file to SI Cloud Service.
Mac:
1) Plug your device into your computer.
2) Start Apple Music
3) Select your device within Apple Music on the left side panel.
4) Click ‘Sync Settings’
5) View the top tab, Click ‘Files’
6) Highlight FM24 Touch.
7) Select 'Games'
8) Drag ‘Games’ folder onto your Desktop.
9) Upload specific save file to SI Cloud Service.
