    Players that are sitting on free transfer for several months, do not agree to contract offers although they are within their demand range. Plenty of examples.

    Here Stafylidis is approached to join Aris Thessaloniki. The player has no other offer since the season start. It is January and he still rejects an offer very close to his initial demand. I even offered 50% sell of fee + bonuses. 

     

    That happens to almost all players. Their demands are usually outrageous - completely unrealistic for their ability - and prefer to stay on free transfer instead of playing.

    This contract negotiation attitude is much different to FM22, where things seemed to be more reasonable

    here above, Kunde wanted 720k and he wouldnt simply accept anything less. added all bonuses and 50% sell on fee and he still rejected.

    In all FM versions so far, this offer was easily accepted.

    Something is messed up this years guys. Please sort it out

    All wage demands in Greek League are competely unrealistic.

    Average backup players (2.5 stars) asking for 600-700k per year, while it should be 300-400 for a 3 star player
