  • Unable to offer contracts to free transfers to Japanese players in J-League 3.

    I'm playing as Nara in J3 and every Japanese player I'm interested in for a free transfer has no option to offer a contract. I can offer a trial, they accept, they are interested, but there is no option to actually offer a contract. Foreign players have the option, it's just Japanese players.

    Thought i was going mad. 

    Just started my first save and ended up in Japan but this issue is huge.

    Saw on Reddit there is a way around it but it doesnt work for me
