I wasn't exactly sure where to put this but it kind of falls under scouting.
I recently added a shortlist to my save which has around 600 players on it and for some reason, they all got added to the social media feed / following section but under the 'players' section (as well as the 'shortlist' section).
If I remember rightly, this never happened in previous versions of Football Manager. I know there is a 'remove all' button at the bottom instead of removing them one by one but there were players already on that list that I wanted to follow so I have had to go back and follow them again.
