Set loaning out to 100% of wage in staff responsibilities. When I group a load to loan out I repeatedly only got offers of 0%. When I tried to loan out one player the default was 0% so had to change manually - also the staff responsibilities were set for regular player but was not set when I did an individual player. All staff responsibility set up in this regard seems to be ignored.
