I started a new game unemployed then found a job in Vianense in Portugal third league. When the game started I could join press conference pre and post match as expected. Then I got promoted to second league and suddenly no more press conference were proposed to me so I join them. I played the entire season hoping that the next season something would be triggered so they come again but unfortunately not. I am at the beginning of my third seasons (second one in second league) and I stil can't see any press conference invites.
I feel I played with staff responsibilities to figure out if this could from there but nothing changed. Anyway I do not receive any feedback from press about what my substitute would have said so it really looks like they do not take place.
Can you please help?
