I signed Malcom and told Savarino that his playing time wouldn't change.
Today Savarino has playing time as a REGULAR STARTER and the agreement with him was IMPACT SUBSTITUTE. In other words, he is playing much more than agreed and he is still not happy.
There are less than 30 days until the promise ends and I don't know what else to do.
