My player, Kolo Muani had a promise to be played as an advanced forward. I have played him almost exclusively in this position & just got an email saying that he is happy the promise was kept.
The player now has the Unhappy tag & is publicly unhappy that he is playing in a weak position & role. He was not unhappy before the email.
