It seems promises to play are only completed when the market close
At England 6th division, market does not close, this means I have to wait almost 250 days for the promise process to end.
This also means, that the player in question, that does not have a contract, will refuse to sign a new one with me for those 250 day.
If not a bug is, IMO, plain stupid.
