During the Playoff final I had made all 3 subs towards the end of 90 mins. After the subs were made one of the players was injured and forced to leave the field. Having done all 3 subs I couldnt replace him in normal time. However the match went to extra time allowing me to make 1 more sub. The game however didnt allow me to replace the injured player seemingly seeing him as if he had been red carded. Leaving me to play the ET with only 10 men and thus losing the game.
