On checking the team stats page for the Europa Conference League, it became clear that teams whose matches weren't simulated in any detail - i.e. the rubbish teams in the most preliminary rounds - were listed as having not played any games, not conceded any goals and not facing any shots on target. This despite the fact that they have all played games, conceded goals, lost them and thereby been knocked out. I'm playing as Fenerbahçe but this should be pretty easily reproducible by just letting the competition run until the group stages and then double-checking the team stats page.
