Blank Bubbles Appears Over Players Headers Instead of Their Name

Hello, can we ask if this happens in every game that you play?

Can we also please get a screenshot and your save file, you can see how in the link below.

 

This happened in my game yesterday as well. Had to clear the cache and delete the preferences folder(s), but is there any reason why this has started to occur?

Just an update on this. 

Had the same issue today after starting another save.

Then, went back to my other save that had the issue yesterday and the names were there again?

Didn't witness this issue after playing many, many games during the BETA/EA.

I have the same issue and now the players and the players, press conference room and the stadium has lost colour in matches. I closed game and restarted and it seems to be ok now.

Sorry for the delay. Been trying to reproduce the issue again and it happened tonight.

Thank you for the save file, can we also get the PKM file from this match where it occurred. (You can attach it in this thread)

If you return to your schedule and view the match you can save match in the top right corner of the screen. This will save your PKM file for you to share.

You can find your PKMs in your 'automatic' folder which is located:

Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\matches\automatic

When doing this always provide the PKM with the highest number at the end.
