I'm managing Uganda. After a long series of "normal" games, I have played four games in the qualifiers for the African Championship, for which I had to shuffle my usual squad due to specific limitations (I had to choose only among athletes actually playing for African club teams). A few days later, I'm scheduled to play a "normal" World Cup African qualifier, for which I should be allowed to call up any Ugandan player regardless of where they play; however, the game is forcing me to stay stuck with the limited squad.
