I have this player who came through my youth academy and looked quite good, but unfortunately he wasnt born in hong kong and had the english nationality but still with hong kong as his other nationality. At first the eligibility tab stated i needed to wait 1800 days after he turns 18 for him to be eligible but now he has reached that mark i still cant call him up for the national team and the eligibility tab just states "awaiting paperwork" even though he already has all the required paperwork. Can anyone help?
