Throughout two seasons too many of my players have dropped in determination heavily. Never seen anything like it in FM before. This is a lower league save focusing on young players between the ages of 17-22; it kills the motivation to continue knowing their ability to reach their potential gets ruined. Counteractive measures like having a player with a great personality welcome them or placing them in mentoring groups with senior players who also have good personalities have had no effect whatsoever. Positive team talks, good results/performances and praising their training etc doesn't do anything either. In other words, big sad
