  • Position/Role/Duty Tactical Familiarity Not Increasing

    I simmed a season with the formation and players locked. Gavi started the season as "Accomplished" as a AMCL and ended as "Natural". Started 49 games all at AMCL. And still he has no Position/Role/Duty tactical familiarity. He seems to be the only one not full in that besides Gundogan (about 25%) who also started as accomplished but grew to natural. They were both being trained in their position but not their role if that matters.

     

    Shouldn't a player playing in a system all year understand their pos/role/duty at least a little?
