Player getting injured, but if you do not choose treatment, he is not injured on the squad screen

Thanks for sharing, just to get the maximum information for when our QA team investigate: When you continue, has the game automatically selected a treatment and applied it, or does the player remain injury-free @Surfer?

I continued for couple of days and player remained injury-free. But then I had a match coming and it didn't feel right, so I went back few days in my inbox and selected treatment. After that player was injured, like it supposed to.
