No options in injuries- no injection option or specialist or physio. Just grey box

Hello, can you please upload your save file with an example of this at the ready.

i have also just noticed this, has been happening in all my saves but only just realised, absence o something is harder to notice I guess but is extremely confusing as to why its missing now

Apologies, i hadnt seen you responded. ive put it in the cloud uploader but theres no button to press to submit it once its in there?

Loading your save file the options appear for me.

I'm guessing you have some custom add ons or skin interfering for you, can you try removing those or reloading your cache?

 

just changed skin, works perfectly fine. never even thought of it. cheers for your help/ sorry for wasting your time aha. have a good week mate
