I just qualified for the Champions League by guaranteeing a top-4 finish in the league, so the board have set the initial budgets. To my surprise, the new transfer budget is almost negative 2 billion pounds. The wage budget looks fine but it's also given a negative scouting budget.
This save was initially loaded from FM23 but the first transfer budget after transferring this save from FM23 went normally. This is the second season since switching it over to FM24.
Tried a few times to get the save file uploaded but it keep timing out
