  • Random (?) leagues missing

    This problem has manifested several times in more complex situations but this is the simplest I can give. I have an editor file that removes Gibraltar from Europe and worldwide governing body, and marks all its competitions as extinct. With only this file loaded, on the Choose Nations screen, Gibraltar is gone, but also China, for seemingly no reason.

    Made a Gibraltar advanced rules file with no divisions and force verified through XML, "solved" the problem
