Either if you try to edit the Details on an existing country or an extint country, you're not able to change it's Short Name, neither you're able to change it's Continent.
On Agreements, you can add one, but if you try to add a second one the details on the first one you added get reset and the second agreement doesn't appear, but it's still counts as a change on the database.
