  • In-game editor maximise familiarity

    Hi when I play I tend to use the maxmise familiarity with the players  on my tactics BUT problem is I have to maybe click it a few times proceed a week or so and then click it sometimes it works my players get full blue bar to indicate they are familiar with the tactics but few players barly half half a bar that indicates familiarity with tactics and other players the (position/role/duty) bar never gets filled

    Hello, this is intended behaviour, the Tactical Familiarity is not just based on a variable generic team familiarity value (which is what gets boosted when you click the button) but also on existing attributes of players and how suited they are to the system.
