What platform are you playing FM24 on? Gamepasss, Steam, Epic etc..?

Can you share the Game Status screen so we can check what version of the game you are playing on, please? You can find it via Options -> Game Status.

Game Pass. 

I've sorted out the issue, but your official Twitter account made me look like a liar regarding this matter. I expect an apology from them that my followers can also see. Thousands of people experienced this problem yesterday, and the account admin said they don't believe us.
