I have started test Career games at each different start dates, using original mode in an offline career game. I have only selected two leagues - Brazil down to National Third and Argentina to Second Division. Starting unemployed using an existing profile.
On each occasion, I have checked the three National Leagues in Brazil and there is no change in the teams in each division. There is no promotion or relegation from any of the divisions and no new teams added at the start of the 2024 season into the National Third,
I am aware that Brazil is tricky due to the lack of licences, but I am not sure if this is a bug or not. If it's not then that's fine, but I wanted to raise this as it is an anomaly and may not be working as intended.
Please note that I have not been able to upload save files due to the maximum size, but these are available on request.
