Finances Club Brugge (Belgium)

I've moved this to the Belgium data section at this point. There's a lot of reasons why a club may up until point X have had money to spend. If the research team feel there is a bug in the finances then this can in turn be routed through the QA team.

finances are based on the balances added to Belgian authority, year 2022. (as 2023 still needs to be handed in by the end of 2024).

There is a transfer budget op 18.500.000 to be spend in the real life mode, and 5.500.00 to be spend in the classic version (where all transfers have already occured, and the amount is the remaining reasonable amount).

The article also mixes up the holding Grizzly sports & CLub Brugge. Which are not the same.
