Cant Start New Game - Freezes on Choose Managerial Style screen

Since yesterday's editor update patch I am unable to start a new game.

When I get to the Choose Managerial Style Focus screen both Confirm icons are greyed out and inactive.

I tried to post this to Technical Issues but couldn't find the Add New Issue icon.

exactly the same. i try all check drivers in pc, i delete and install the game again, i hope today update fix the problem but still the same
