  • Reason for manager departure: No forthcoming fixtures

    I've just noticed in my custom league structure in a custom nation, about 20% of the managers in the nation all leave their clubs once they are eliminated from my midseason cup competition. I looked at the managers movements and it says the reason for their departure is 'no forthcoming matches' but that's incorrect as there are more league fixtures to be played. It seems to be a different, random 20% every season no matter how well they are doing in the league. What could be causing this?

    Hi I've uploaded a save game called 'Managers Leaving' to the cloud. It starts on 24th of July which is the game start date.
