I've not been able to reproduce this issue when testing your save file.

Any player that scored a penalty, the stat was correctly logged for me.

Can you make sure you've downloaded our latest update and try removing any custom skin/files you have installed and see if this repeats for you?

I don't have any custom skin/files. Well, actually the only thing I did was installing files for the real names of some (removing the license) - I don't think I has anything to do with the penalties statistics...

I will try to keep an eye on that issue in the further game... but, you can see it absolutely clearly in the video, right? The player scored a penalty - how can he have 0(0) in stats??

Please, check another gamesave I've uploaded ('conte.fm)...  see the latest match in French Ligue 1 - Angers vs PSG. Ferran Torres scored from the penalty spot, but in his statistics in 'Pens' column it's 0 (0) ...

But I'm not saying that it's happening to every single player every time! I'm saying that it's missing for some of them without a reason.

In my save please check the game that has just been played in League 1:

 

 

And then view Ferran Torres stats at this page:

 

 

The goal was added correctly to his overall stats, but NOT to the penalties stats

My initial assumption is that it's not shown correctly for a player who comes on the field as a sub and then scores a penalty  - that was the case for Florian Wirtz above, and the same for Ferran:

 

 

But I'm not 100% sure, so you'd better double check.

Also the situation with Berardi that I mentioned above is different: he was playing as a starter, missed ONE penalty in the match (which was his FIRST missed penalty for sure, because it was the first game of the season), and after the match got this in his stats:
