More or less what the title states.
Upon clicking _continue_ the game crashes.
The crash seems to take place when the game tries to generate the results from matches played in my league on that date. The crash took place every time I tried to select _continue_ or to skip the date by going on _vacation_.
I tried attending one of the matches played on that date without any issues. The game also generated the results from all the other matches that took place on the same time/date. Still, afterwards, upon clicking _continue_ the game crashed.
It has to be said that I have heavily used the in-game editor to alter various things within the save (eg. club reputation of multiple teams within the nation).
