As shown in following pics, there are tactics interface of pre-match of 2 games in a row. First match is against Inter and next is Atalanta.
Before the match against Inter, I size columns to comfortable width. But when it comes to next match, the width of last column (Training Rating) goes wrong.
Moreover, it seems that this issue has appeared since 2320 or 2330 edition.
