In Create-A-Club mode: Scouting > Players > Players in Range > New Search the New Player Search window opens and the 'Exclude' drop down menu is blank. Have tried various base clubs in different leagues and the issue is always the same with the options from a normal Career game to exclude players from your own team and players out of scouting range not available. International teams scouting is also affected with the additional options to exclude players from the national pool, ineligible players and players unwilling to represent the nation all unavailable.
Clicking the Exclude button opens a blank grey drop down.
