When you choose your badges and stats, "working with youngsters" is no longer a stat which you can assign points to. When your manager is created he has the attribute though, you just can't change it when creating your manager. I realize that this might be intentional, but I couldn't find anything on the forum about this topic and I find it confusing.
Secondly, you can no longer see how many points you have left to spend with a number, like you could in past versions.
