I don't know whether this is 'working and intended' and just bad, or not working as intended but there are so many times that I will say, look at a player, then press the back arrow or "B" (Switch) to go backwards and it will reset the previous view.
The most annoying example is when looking at recruitment focuses - if you've got several of these it always reverts back to the first one you set up. Let's say you have recruitment focus results 1, 2 and 3. List 1 was the first you set up. All 3 lists are populated with players. If I navigate to list 2 or 3 and click on a player to look at their stats, when I then go backwards out of said player's stats it will take me back to list 1. This means to look at the second player on list 2 or 3 I have to navigate back to it, re-sort or filter, click on the next player etc.
It happens with other menus too, but I can't remember them all off the top of my head.
