I was playing a FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round replay as Hornchurch vs Dag & Red. Local derby! I noticed that D&R had been able to make 5 subs so in extra time I tried to do the same to be told no, you've made the maximum number of subs. I made my three subs at the same time so its not like I've used too many stoppages. See screenshots below and I've uploaded saves which I hope are before and after.

I eventually lost the match to a penalty in the 120th minute :)

The current rule for substitutions in the FA Cup is that teams are permitted to make up to 5 substitutions across 3 stoppages. Here, if your 3 substitutions were made across three stoppages then this will be why you were only allowed to substitute 3 players.

Hi Ewan, yes but as I say, I made my three subs at the same time in one go.
