I'm having this issue as well 2 monts later.

 

I'm using set piece creator and players come short ignoring their instructions. 

For example, forwards have instructions to Go Forward or Lurk Near Far Post but they still come short. 

Btw, throw in takers are assigned to respective full-backs and I tried play short/long and mixed instructions but still players come short or random.
