Agent not happy with playing time when entering their suggested amount

Is there text from the agent asking you to add in more promises?

There is the option for the agent to ask you to do so in order to make the club more attractive to the player.

The issue was that the offer the agent had suggested was the same I had offered which was just squad player. I had even offered a regular starting role with intensive language course but he still declined.

Really sorry Darius, seems as though the post slipped through the net when we were responding. 

The agent isn't 'suggesting' what was shown in that second screenshot, he's asking you to improve upon it and add in further promises to make it more appealing to the player. I believe that's where the issue lies, so this issue wouldn't be considered a bug.

However, we'll review the language the agent uses to make this more clear.

I have the same issue:

• I approached a player that is transfer listed with contract expiring.
• In Scouting tab, interest in joining is "Very Interested".
• Enter contract negotiations and player interest is "extremely uninterested in negotiating terms".
• Scout suggests several promises and "squad player" status
• I get the same as above.
• Re-loaded and tried offering "Star player".
• Still the same result, can't even enter negotiations for wages & clauses.

@Kyle Brown I will upload a video to demonstrate, this issue only occurs with players available on a free, however when I bid with the same promises the agent agrees.
