According to the wikipedia page the Super 8 Cup is supposed to be a seeded tournament where the champion from the previous season plays the 8th place team, 2nd plays 7th, etc. However, It seems like the first round matchups are always just randomly assigned.
Here you see the league ended where Kaizer Chiefs should play Orlando Pirates but in the actual draw they were assigned to play Stellenbosch FC.
Steps To Reproduce:
Should be able to reproduce by rerunning one or two years with South Africa loaded to find the issue.
