Hello!
When raising an issue you've encountered in a press conference it is vitally important to upload a save game from at least a continue before the press conference occurs. This gives our developers the best chance of reproducing the issue described.
For instances when the issue is in either a post match tunnel interview question or a post match press conference, uploading a save game from before the match occurs and a rec file allows us to investigate the issue as best we can. Rec files allow us to replay the match exactly as they played out live and therefore gives us the best chance of catching issues that may be based off a particularly niche set of circumstances e.g. an injury time disallowed goal.
