jsud
I created a spreadsheet to calculate how good players are at executing different player instructions. The attributes used and their weights are based somewhat on what Lyssein wrote in another thread, and my own opinion. If anyone wants to take a look, make any comments, use this, or say its worthless, please feel free Here's the links: http://www.mediafire.com/?dzg4bj4iili http://www.mediafire.com/?dzg4bj4iili Use FM Genie scout, and the stats.glf to use the layout that you need to export to a .csv. After you export the .csv, open it in Excel (and open Player_Instructions.xls), and copy the players and their ratings in the "zaraSep5_2011" tab....the tables should then all build themselves. If you want to see the attributes I used and the weightings I gave everything, look in the Weighted Attr. tab. You can change the weightings freely and it'll recalculate...if you're decent at excel, you could do basically whatever you want to it! Any feedback would be great. jsud
Better Directions: 1. Download Genie Scout: http://rapidshare.com/files/172715200/FM_Genie_Scout_2009.rar 2. Make sure you uncheck "compress save games" in FM 3. Drop the stats.glf file (from the downloads in the first post) into this folder of Genie Scout: \FM Genie Scout 2009 XE\Layouts 4. In Genie scout, load your team, a bunch of players, whatever, using the layout you just dropped in above...then export to .csv 5. Open that .csv in excel. 6. Open Player_Instructions.xls (from the 1st post download) 7. Copy the export of your team, player list, whatever (from 4) into the last tab "ZaraSep5_2011". 8. Now look at the first tab and you'll see the ratings (based on my weightings of attributes for the different instructions)... You can sort, take a look at my weightings, change them, whatever you want, after that.

jsud
both files are xlt files there is no stats.glf file sorry about that, here's the other file http://www.mediafire.com/?gd2tyvdtyzh Genie scout's the only thing I had that could get a saved game's player attributes out to a .csv (or excel file)....if there's another way tell me, or you can do it by making sure the attributes are in the same order and column when copying (if you're good at excel, you could change all that, too...but if you're not good at it, just make sure the attributes are in the same order and column number)...current ability and potential aren't used in the calculations, so you could just put zeros in those columns are substitute them for 2 other attributes (like a space holder)
