international lineup issue

Not a major issue but my OCD tendencies are kicking in. Why when I pick my international team are the numbers completely screwed up (see pics below)?

I have simply selected a tactic from the list and not altered any positions. When I do try and swap the positions around to get the numbers right it doesn't affect anything as when players are selected it goes back to how it was in first photo.
