meter Posted September 10, 2015 Share Posted September 10, 2015 If I wanted to increase transfer activity in Nation what is a rule of thumb to use? I see that "20" would mean lots of activity and "-3 " would be no activity. I am really just looking to get some additional activity , realistic , for the United States. I want to increase South American, Mexican and some Western European countries . However, I don't know if I change South American to "10" if that would mean 10x activity as normal as South America is currently not listed as having any value, etc..
