hsv_speedy Posted February 3, 2015 Share Posted February 3, 2015 I have an Under 18's coach who I want to promote to a first team coach. He has 1 year left on his under 18's coaching contract. If I offer him a contract as a first team coach will that become active when he accepts it, or only once his contract as an under 18's manager has run out in a years time?
