Rusty Stadium

Is there any way to give my Stadium a clean? If I could ask the board for a wire brush and a pot of paint I would do it myself. The whole place looks like a rusty dilapidated death trap.

In fact ALL of the Stadia do down here in the lower English divisions and it's quite insulting really as there are some very nice, well kept venues down in the Vanarama leagues in real life
