GTFCJACK Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 I generally look for JPA, JCA and DET as attributes for my scouts, is there anything else I should be taking into consideration? MECAP Posted October 17, 2014 Share Posted October 17, 2014 http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/football-manager-2014-discussion/142822-football-manager-2014-staff-requirements.html that guide for scouts in particular is crap, scouts do not interact with players, so they don't need high motivation, however if you let your chief scout to assign which scout goes where you need to find one with high man management and high motivation, prime stats are determination and JPA/JCA and somewhat tactical knowledge, if you assign scouts yourself, just use chief of scouts position to sign a high profile scout which is outside your wage budget.
