As an MLS team, the only people interested in my guys for loan are the lower division USSF and USL teams. When I send a hot prospect out (16-20yr olds) they always come back saying they didn't gain a damn thing and would have been better off on my side. Of course, there's no room for them on my first team since they're not good enough. How do you that play in the MLS get your youngsters to develop without bitching about no First Team action?
