Tactics problem

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here, but I have no idea what's happening with my tactics.

Underlined, I cannot create more than one tactic.

This is a very, very big problem with the game if this is what I think it is.

This is my home tactic. I like to control the game, with narrow width and medium tempo. Passes are available.

(This has won me the league and the Coppa Italia).

Now, for away games, I like to control the game and play slow build up play.

Now you can see the differences from the tactics. I save them as 4-2-3-1 Inter and 4-2-3-1 (2) which you can see.

Now for the problem. When I select the tactic from the drop down menu, THEY'RE THE SAME!

What on earth is going on!?

I cannot create multiple tactics. I sincerely hope this is just my game and it's a corrupt file or something. This is the same even with several tactics created, they all resort back to one single tactical set-up which is the last one created.

Any suggestions?

It's a bug. The way around it is to make sure that you do not have the team or player tactics showing when you switch from one tactic to the other. if you do, it appears to take the tactics from the current to the one you swap to. Really annoying and introduced by the latest patch.
