Hi, I currently have great youth facilities (rating 14) but for around 2 seasons dont see option in board panel to upgrade my facilities. Is it bug or i don't have enough reputation. Which is weird becouse in the meantime i've upgraded training facilities to exceptional level.

Hello, I got weird issue at my club. I manage club which got global reputation and 1,100,000,000 balance. Few years earlier when i got less money i can give money for staff per week. For example HoYD could earn 3,7k per week, but now i can give him max 2,9k per week. When i ask board for more money they always refuse. What else i can do to increase that staff budget?
